Cook time: 19 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat chicken dry, season with salt/pep + cook 4-6 min per side til fully cooked
Cut potatoes into even pieces; add cut-side down to a skillet; add 1 tbsp oil, seasoning + ¼ cup water then cover; heat over med-high 5 min, remove lid + heat 3-4 min til water evaporates + potatoes are crisp
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add asparagus + salt/pep + sauté 5 min; reduce heat to med, add 2 tbsp water, cover + steam 2 min til tender
Divide all to plates; drizzle chicken with dressing—enjoy!
