Microwave 2 potatoes in their wrappers on high, 6-8 min, flipping halfway through (caution, that's a hot potato!); carefully cut in slit in each
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over high; add burgers to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 2 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep + fave spices, then break into small pieces; cook 2-3 min until fully cooked; stir in ½ cup of sauce then top grounds with ½-1 cup of cheese, cover pan + warm 1-2 min until melty
Divide cheesy grounds to potatoes
