Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat a large lightly oiled skillet over high; cook burgers with salt/pep 2 min per side until browned then remove from pan
Carefully wipe skillet clean + turn heat to med; add 2 tortillas to the pan, add 1 burger to each then top with ¼ cup cheese + 2 tbsp salsa then close the lid with another tortilla, cook quesadilla burgers 1-2 min per side until crisp + cheese has melted
Divide between plates; serve with avocado spreadfor dipping—yum!
