Cook time: 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 425°; peel, then cut sweet potato into ½-inch thick, 3-inch long sticks, add to a sheet pan + mix with 1 tbsp oil + salt/pep; bake 15 min, turn fries over + bake until tender, 10-15 min

Meanwhile, form the beef into 2 thin patties; heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high, add patties, season with salt/pep + cook undisturbed until bottoms brown, about 2 min; flip over + cook 2-4 min until cooked through + no pinkness remains

Remove pan from heat + top each patty with 1-2 tbsp cheese; cover pan until cheese melts, about 1 min

Meanwhile, toast 2 buns until warm + golden; add patties to buns + any tasty extras—yum!
