Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 425°; place 4 cauliflower thins on a sheet pan + bake 7-9 min until hot + golden
Meanwhile, pat 6 meatballs dry, heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium + sear 5 min, turning occasionally until golden brown + hot; slice meatballs in half + set aside
Remove pan from oven; spread each cauliflower thin with 1-2 tbsp sauce, then top with meatballs + 2 tbsp cheese
Return to oven for 5 min or until hot + melty—looks good!
