Meanwhile, pour contents of mashed cauliflower into a microwave-safe dish + cover with a damp paper towel; cook on high 1-2 min until hot + stir until smooth

Drain broth from chicken packet; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium; add chicken to pan, break into small pieces + sauté 2-3 min until browned on all sides; turn heat to low + add sauce packet; cook 1 min until sauce is hot

Divide mash to plates with chicken + mushrooms on top
