Cook time: 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 350°; remove packaging + place pot pie on a baking sheet, bake 25–30 min; rest 5 min before slicing + serving
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add asparagus, salt/pep + sauté 5 min; reduce heat to med, add 2 tbsp water, cover + steam 2 min until bright green + tender
Microwave sweet potatoes in wrapper on high, 6-8 min, flipping halfway through (caution, that's a hot potato!); carefully cut in half
