Instructions
Cook time: 12 minutes
Tear corner of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!)
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; sauté veggies with salt/pep 3-5 min until tender
Heat diced tofu in a skillet over med-high until warmed through, 1-2 min, mix in of sauce; divide everything between bowls
Chop 3 slices of pineapple + top bowls—looks great!
