Cook time: 23 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°F + line a sheet pan with foil
Wipe 2 mushrooms with a damp paper towl, remove stems + using a spoon, scoop out the dark gills on the underside of the mushrooms; place on sheet pan bottom-side up, season with salt/pep + drizzle with oil; bake 10 min
Meanwhile, pat 6 meatballs dry, heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium + sear meatballs 5 min, turning occasionally until golden brown
Divide meatballs between mushrooms, then add ¼ cup sauce + 2-4 tbsp cheese to each; bake 10-12 min until cheese is melted
