Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium; cook 8 falafel 2-3 min per side until browned + hot; set aside
Meanwhile, toast 2 pitas until warm + golden; slice pitas open along seam
Spread 1-2 tbsp hummus in each pita, then divide fillings between pitas—looks good!
