Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Slice 3 sausages into rounds, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sear rounds for 1-2 min per side; set aside
Chop broccoli in 1-inch pieces + heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook with salt/pep 2-3 min; add ½ cup water, cover + let steam 3 min; set aside
Boil 3 quarts unsalted water + gently loosen linguine with hands; carefully place in water, stir immediately + boil 2-3 min until al dente, then drain
Combine all + mix in 3-4 tbsp sauce
To loosen sauce, whisk 1 tbsp hot pasta water into every 4 tbsp (¼ cup) sauce
