Instructions
Cook time: 4 minutes
Wash one pepper, cut off stem + remove seeds, then cut into bite-size pieces; set aside
Pat chicken dry, then slice + set aside to enjoy cold (for warm chicken, heat 1-2 min per side on lightly oiled skillet)
Add 2 wraps to plates; spread each wrap with 1-2 tbsp hummus
Divide chicken + peppers between wraps, then roll up + enjoy!
