Cook time: 15 minutes
Microwave sweet potato in wrapper on high 6-8 min; carefully cut in half; set aside
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add ¼ cup water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min until tender
Pat dry tuna steaks with paper towels, season generously with salt/pep + fav spices; heat skillet over med/high + 1 tbsp oil, sear steaks 2 min per side for med-rare* (if width of steak is less than 1-inch reduce by 1 min on one side)
Divide everything between plates + drizzle 1-2 tbsp dressing onto tuna
*The USDA recommends a minimum safe cooking temperature of 145°F for tuna
