Instructions
Cook time: 25 minutes
Preheat oven to 450°; cut off top ¼ of both garlic heads + discard; place garlic heads cut-side up in a small baking dish; drizzle exposed cloves with 1-2 tsp oil + a pinch of salt; cover with foil + bake 20-25 min until soft + lightly browned; allow to cool slightly, then squeeze cloves from skins into a bowl; mash with a fork until smooth
Meanwhile, microwave 4 potatoes in wrappers on high, 10-12 min, flipping potatoes halfway through cook time (caution, potatoes will be hot!); carefully cut in half, then scoop out the flesh into the bowl
Add 1 container of creme fraiche to the bowl with salt/pep, then mash all until smooth—enjoy!
