Cook time: 8 minutes
Preheat oven to 425° + place 2 naan on a sheet pan; bake 5-7 min; slice in half + set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium; cook 8 falafel 2-3 min per side until browned + hot; set aside
Spread each naan with 1-2 tbsp sauce, add a handful of veggies + falafel; fold sandwiches in half + enjoy!
