Instructions
Cook time: 13 minutes
Boil a large pot of salted water, add ½ of the orzo + cook 10-12 min or until al dente, then drain; rinse in cold water + add to large bowl
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat chicken breasts dry + sear 2 min per side until warmed through, then slice into bite-size pieces; add to orzo
Wash + slice tomatoes in half; add tomatoes, olives + ¼ cup sauce to orzo; toss to combine + season with salt/pep
Divide between plates—yum!
