Preheat oven to 450° + preheat a sheet pan in the oven

Using 1 slice of prosciutto at a time; lay prosciutto on a cutting board, spread on 1-2 tbsp cheese then add 4-6 asparagus to the center + roll prosciutto tightly around filling (the tips of asparagus should hang out of the bundle!); repeat with remaining ingredients

Carefully remove preheated sheet tray + drizzle 1 tbsp oil; lay bundles on the tray; bake 5 min, flip over + bake 5 min more until veggies are tender + prosciutto is crisp
