Cook time: 7 minutes
Pat fish dry, cut into 4 strips, season generously with salt/pep + taco seasoning; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sear fish 3-4 min one side, then flip + cook 1-2 min more until fish is cooked through + flakes easily with a fork
In batches, heat 4 tortillas in skillet over med-high, 30 sec or until warm
Add 1 piece fish + 1 tbsp salsa to each tortilla; divide between plates—enjoy!
