Instructions
Cook time: 17 minutes
Preheat oven to 425° + preheat a sheet pan
Thinly slice potatoes into ⅛-inch rounds; add to a bowl + toss with 2 tbsp oil + salt/pep
Spread ¼ cup sauce each onto 2 crusts then layer with potato rounds; tear 5 slices of cheese + divide to pizzas
Carefully take out sheet pan, place pizzas on pan + bake 15-20 min until potatoes are tender, cheese is melty + crust is crisp—yum!
