Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Ensure avocado is ripe (soft to the touch); if avocado is too firm, ripen faster by placing in a paper bag, 1-2 days
Boil ⅓ cup water + 1 tbsp oil in a small skillet; add gyozas flat side down + cover; cook over medium 5-6 min until water evaporates + bottoms are crispy (set aside gyoza sauce)
Wash + dry ½ cucumber; thinly slice + add to a large bowl with superblend, season with salt/pep + toss with 1 packet of gyoza sauce
Divide dumplings + veggies to bowls; top each with chopped avocado + a drizzle on chili crunch-Yuuum.
