Cook time: 13 minutes
Boil a large pot of salted water, add ½ of the orzo + cook 10-12 min or until al dente, then drain + return to pot
Meanwhile, slice 3 sausages into ¼-inch rounds, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sear rounds 1-2 min per side until browned; add ½ container sauce + warm 1-2 min
Toss orzo with sausages, sauce + salt/pep; divide between plates—enjoy!
