Instructions
Cook time: 14 minutes
Chop beans into ½-inch pieces + add to skillet on med-high heat with 1 tbsp oil; cook for 4-5 min
Meanwhile, wipe mushrooms clean + thinly slice; add mushrooms to beans + cook 3-4 min; season with salt/pep + set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat shrimp dry + sauté with salt/pep + seasoning blend 2-3 min until shrimp is pink, opaque + cooked through
Divide veggies between bowls + top with shrimp—delish!
