Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Chop beans into ½-inch pieces + add to skillet on med-high heat with 1 tbsp oil; cook for 4-5 min
Meanwhile, wipe mushrooms clean + thinly slice; add mushrooms to beans + cook 3-4 min; season with salt/pep + set aside
Heat a lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat meat dry, season with salt/pep, garlic-herb packet + sear undisturbed 2-3 min until browned; flip meat over + sear 2-3 min more for medium-rare (for more well done, increase cook time 1-2 min per side)
Divide veggies between bowls + top with beef—looks great!
