Cook time: 18 minutes
On a cutting board, chop chicken thighs into ½-inch pieces; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; sauté chicken with salt/pep + seasoning packet 5-7 min until fully cooked + no pink remains; remove from pan + set aside
Chop beans into ½-inch pieces + add to same skillet on med-high heat with 1 tbsp oil; cook 4-5 min
Wipe mushrooms clean + thinly slice; add mushrooms to beans + cook 3-4 min; season with salt/pep
Add chicken to veggies, mix thoroughly + divide between bowls—time to eat!
