Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high, slice tofu in half + heat until warm + browned (about 1-2 min); set aside
Add ½ cup water + salt to pan, boil water + cook beans in boiling water; cover + steam until tender (about 3-4 min); set aside
Heat skillet over med-high + warm rice with 1 tbsp water for 2 min, stirring occasionally
Turn off heat + combine all with 2-4 tbsp sauce
