Instructions
Cook time: 13 minutes
Heat skillet over med-high + add rice with 1 tbsp water; stir minimally 2 min until warm + add to bowls
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook broccoli + salt/pep for 3-4 min, then add ½ cup water, cover + let steam for 3-4 more min; set aside
Warm up tofu bites in skillet (about 1 min)
Add everything to bowls + mix in or drizzle on 1-2 tbsp sauce per bowl—yum
