In a bowl, whisk together half the seasoning blend with 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp oil + salt/pep
Wash + dry ½ cucumber then thinly slice; wash pepper, cut off stem + discard seeds, then cut into bite-size pieces; add both to bowl with homemade dressing
Drain + rinse beans; add to bowl with 1 container of bean salad
Add chicken to bowl (break up into bite size pieces if desired) + toss all to combine-BRB, adding this to the weekly rotation forever.
Tip: this recipe is a killer make ahead lunch!
