Cook time: 19 minutes
Tear corner of 2 grain pouches to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); if using a skillet, warm 2 min with 1 tbsp water; divide rice to bowls
Chop 2 packages of broccoli into 1-inch pieces + heat 2 tbsp oil in a 12-inch skillet or large pot over med-high; cook broccoli with salt/pep 4-5 min, then add ¾ cup water, cover, reduce heat + steam 4-5 more min; add to bowls
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-low + pour in the carton of eggs + salt/pep, then cook undisturbed until eggs around edges begin to set, about 2 min; continue cooking, using a spoon to stir eggs until curds form + no liquid remains, 2-4 min; remove from pan immediately
Divide all to bowls then drizzle on 1-2 tbsp green chile per bowl
