Instructions
Cook time: 13 minutes
Heat skillet over med-high + add rice blend with 1 tbsp water; stir occasionally for 2 min until warm + add to bowls
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, pat chicken breasts dry + warm 1-2 min per side; slice + add to bowls
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; sauté veggies + salt/pep for 2 min then add 2 tbsp water, cover + cook 2-3 more min until tender; add to bowls
Drizzle on 1-2 tbsp chile per bowl—looks good!
