Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Pat dry both Wagyu steaks; thinly slice into 1/4-inch pieces; transfer to a bowl with 1 container garlic sauce; season with salt + pepper; let marinate
Wash mushrooms; slice into 1/4-inch pieces; set aside
Slice red onion into 1/4-inch pieces similar to mushrooms and steak
Mix mushrooms + onion with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil + honey herb seasoning; set aside
Skewer alternately steak, mushroom, red onion onto 4–6 skewers
Heat cast iron skillet on med-high to high; sear skewers 2–3 min per side until cooked to desired doneness
Use extra garlic sauce for dipping
