Tear corner of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); if using a skillet, warm 2 min with 1 tbsp water; meanwhile, heat beans in a skillet over med-high 3-5 min until warm (or microwave in a covered, microwave-safe bowl about 1-2 mins) mix together with rice + divide between bowls
Wash one zucchini, then slice on the diagonal into ¼-inch pieces; heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high, add to pan, season with salt/pep + sauté 3-4 min until tender; set aside
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat pork chops dry + sear 2-3 min per side until warmed through, then slice
Add pork + veggies to bowls
