Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Preheat grill to high + oil grates; slice 2 heads of lettuces in half, drizzle with 1 tbsp oil + salt/pep; grill cut-side down, 3 min with lid closed; flip + grill 3-4 min more until charred + slightly softened
Meanwhile, rub steak with 1 tbsp oil + salt/pep; grill 3 min with lid closed, flip over + grill 1-2 min more for med-rare (for medium add 1-2 min); rest 5 min + slice in half
Slice lemon in half + place on grill cut-side down; grill 3-4 min until charred
Add romaine to plates, drizzle with charred lemon + dressing; divide steaks to plates
