Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Ensure avocado is ripe (soft to the touch); if avocado is too firm, ripen faster by placing in a paper bag, 1-2 days
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat chicken breasts dry + sear 2 min per side until warmed through; add to plates
Boil a pot with ½ cup water + pinch of salt; place green beans in boiling water, cover + steam until tender, about 3-4 min; drain, season with salt/pep + a drizzle of oil
Wash + slice tomatoes in half, top green beans
Slice 1 avocado add to veggies along with 1 tsp of za'atar blend then drizzle on the package of dressing
