Cook time: 12 minutes

Pat dry tuna steaks with paper towels, season generously with salt/pep + 1-2 tsp of seasoning packet; heat skillet over med/high with 1 tbsp oil, sear steaks 2 min per side for med-rare* (if width of steak is less than 1-inch reduce by 1 min on one side)

Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over med-high + sauté half the spinach + salt/pep 1-2 min until wilted; add remaining spinach + cook 1-2 min more until all spinach is wilted; set aside

Heat skillet over med-high + add rice with 1 tbsp water; stir occasionally for 2 min until warm

Add all to plates—looks good!

*The USDA recommends a minimum safe cooking temperature of 145°F for tuna
