Instructions
Cook time: 8 minutes
Preheat oven to 425° + place one crust on a sheet pan; bake 5-7 min, then slice in half
Meanwhile heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat chicken breasts dry + sear 2 min per side until warmed through, then slice + set aside
Spread on 1-2 tbsp tzatziki to each half, add a handful of arugula to each + top with the chicken
