Cook time: 23 minutes
Microwave 4 sweet potatoes in wrappers on high, 10-12 min, flipping halfway; scoop flesh out of the skin, mash using a fork + season with salt/pep; divide to bowls
Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender; divide to bowls
Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat 2 packages of chicken dry, season with salt/pep + cook 4-6 min per side until fully cooked + internal temp is 165°; slice into bite-size pieces + divide to bowls
Top each bowl with 2 tbsp miso, chopped scallions + a squeeze of lime
