Instructions
Cook time: 16 minutes
Boil large pot of salted water, add 1 cup couscous + stir; cook 5 min, then drain + add to a bowl; season with salt/pep + 1 tsp oil; set aside
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add asparagus, salt/pep + sauté 5 min; reduce heat to medium, add 2 tbsp water, cover + steam 2 min or until bright green + tender; set aside
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat chicken dry, rub each with 1 tsp seasoning blend, then sear 2 min per side until warmed through
Divide all between plates + enjoy
