Cook time: 10 minutes
p>Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med/high; pat both steaks dry, season with salt/pep + sear undisturbed 2-3 min, flip + cook an additional 2-3 min for med-rare (for more well done add 1-2 min per side); rest steaks 5 min on cutting board; cut steaks against grain into ½-inch slices
Meanwhile, boil a large pot of salted water, add ravioli + cook 4-6 min until al dente, then drain
Heat ¼ cup sauce in a pan over medium until warmed/
Toss pasta with sauce + top with sliced steak— woah, that looks so good!
