Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°; pat fish dry, line a sheet pan with foil, brush fish with 4 tbsp honey mustard, salt/pep + place in center of pan
Cut onion in half from root to stem, peel + thinly slice; cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces
Mix veggies with 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep + spread on pan around salmon; bake 12-14 min
Divide salmon + veggies between plates—delish!
