Instructions
Cook time: 18 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add half the bag of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min until tender
Heat a skillet over med, pour chicken + juice into pan, break up chicken with wooden spoon, heat 2 min, flip + cook 2-3 min more until warmed + browned
Heat skillet over med-high + warm rice with 1 tbsp water for 2 min, stirring occasionally; add chicken, cooked veggies to the pan with rice, drizzle on sauce, then mix; divide between plates—yum!
