Meanwhile, chop broccoli in 1-inch pieces + spread on sheet pan; drizzle on 1 tbsp oil + salt/pep + bake on a separate rack in oven 15 min or until tender

Pour contents of mashed cauliflower into a microwavable-safe dish + cover with a damp paper towel; cook high 1-2 min until hot; stir + serve; divide to plates

Divide between plates + enjoy!
