Cook time: 9 minutes
Slice 3 sausages into ½-inch rounds, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sear rounds for 1-2 min per side until golden brown; set aside
Boil 3 quarts unsalted water + gently loosen linguine with hands; carefully place in water, stir immediately + boil 2-3 min until al dente, then drain
Combine all + mix in or drizzle on 2-4 tbsp pesto—buon appetito!
