Drain broth from chicken packet; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med; add chicken to pan, break into small pieces + sauté 2-3 min until browned on all sides; turn heat to low + add sauce packet; cook 1 min until sauce is hot

Meanwhile, fill any shallow bowl with warm water + dip one spring roll wrapper into water until soft but not mushy, no more than 30 sec; move to a work surface + spread a small handful of veggies + chicken onto bottom third of wrapper; fold up bottom edge to cover fillings, then fold in each side + roll up, burrito-style; repeat with 3 wrappers꠳nicely done!
