Bring water to a rolling boil in a large pot

Add ramen, gently mix to separate + cook about 2 min until tender; strain + set aside

Drain broth from chicken packet; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium; add chicken to pan, break into small pieces + sauté 2-3 min until browned on all sides; turn heat to low + add sauce packet; cook 1 min until sauce is hot; mix in noodles

Wash zucchini, then slice on the diagonal into ¼-inch pieces; heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high, add to pan, season with salt/pep + sauté 3-4 min until tender mix into noodles; divide between plates
