Cook time: 27 minutes
Preheat oven to 450°; remove chicken from all packaging, including paper, add chicken with juices (if desired) to a baking dish; bake 25-28 min until hot + skin is golden brown
Meanwhile, slice half the potatoes in half lengthwise, mix with 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep + fave spices (we like garlic powder), then spread on a second sheet pan cut side down; roast 15-18 min until tender
Divide all between plates then drizzle potatoes with garlic sauce—delish!
