Wash then slice zucchini into ¼-inch+ slice onions into ¼-inch half moons; add to both to skillet on med-high heat with 1 tbsp oil; cook for 6-7 minutes until tender + season with salt/pep

Drain broth from chicken packet; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium; add chicken to pan, break into small pieces + sauté 2-3 min until browned; turn heat to low, add sauce packet + cook 1 min until sauce is hot

Divide veggies between bowls + top with chicken—yum!
