Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat lightly oiled large skillet over high; cook burgers with salt/pep + half the seasoning blend for 3 min on one side; flip over, cook 2 min, then add 1 slice of cheese to each burger; cover pan + cook 1-2 more min until cooked through, no pinkness remains + cheese has melted
Heat a clean skillet over med-high; working in batches, heat 4 cauliflower sandwich thins 30 sec per side or until warm, then add to 2 plates
Divide burgers to sandwich thins + dig in!
