Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel, then thinly slice; heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over high, add mushrooms + cook undisturbed 3 min; sauté 3-4 min until browned + tender, season with salt/pep + set aside

Microwave 1 cup sauce in a covered microwave-safe bowl 30-60 sec or until warm

Add sauce and mushrooms to pot with ravioli and combine; divide between plates
