Slice onion in half from root to stem, peel + thinly slice ½ of onion; thinly slice 3 cucumbers; divide to plates

Pat chicken dry, then slice + set aside to enjoy cold (for warm chicken, heat 1-2 min per side on lightly oiled skillet)
