Boil a large pot of salted water, add ½ the package of pasta + cook 12 min or until al dente, then drain + drizzle with a little oil then set aside to cool

Meanwhile, wash + slice tomatoes in half; roughly chop 3 cucumbers into bite size pieces; add to a large bowl with 1 package of olives

Crumble ¼-½ the cheese into the bowl; add the pasta with ¼ cup dressing then toss all to combine—time to eat!
